Hello everyone, after a slight dip over a couple of months, sale prices in Milton as of July have been going up steadily. They were up by 24% from September of 2020, and 6% from August of this year. This has translated into a 25% price increase year to date. As I have mentioned in previous updates, there have not been enough homes for sale throughout this past summer. And though we were up by 25% from August of this year, we were still off by 27% from last year, September. Given these tight supply levels, the number of sales have also been lower, down by 39% compared to September of 2020. I feel we are in for further price increases this fall.
