ON THE OTHER HAND WHEN WE LOOK AT THE TOTAL NUMBER OF SALES, THERE WE HAVE SEEN A GAIN OF ALMOST 22%. WHEN COMPARING AVERAGE SALE PRICE TO LAST YEAR, WE HAVE SEEN NOT MUCH OF A CHANGE, UP SLIGHTLY BY 1%. HOWEVER, WHEN WE LOOK AT YEAR TO DATE NUMBERS, THERE WE HAVE SEEN A GAIN OF 5% UP TO NOW. WITH TOTAL OF 219 ACTIVE LISTINGS, WE HAVE JUST ABOUT ONE MONTH’S OF INVENTORY ON THE MARKET. 92% SOLD TO NEW LISTING RATIO, FEWER LISTINGS AND MORE SALES, DEFINITELY PUTS US IN SELLERS MARKET.
