Landscape of Milton as we know it today, has gone through some dramatic changes over the last several years, from open fields to farmlands, today we are one of the fastest growing cities in Canada. However, with all this growth, Milton still has several excellent farms for us to visit, and one such farm that we have visited several times as a family is, Chudleigh’s Apple Orchard.
Chudleigh’s opened its doors to the general public back in 1967. Here you will enjoy not only being one with nature while picking apples, but the kids would also be able to take part in several fun activities, like going on wagon rides, playing in the hay maze, sliding down 4 large 20 foot slides, and also seeing some farm animals in the petting zoo. Recently, Chudleigh also started hosting Summer Cider Nights for the months of July and August.
Over the years, Chudleigh has not only become famous for their Apple pies but also several other savory treats, that you can buy right out of the farm, or also at some of the local grocery stores. I would highly encourage you to check out this local Milton iconic farm, and I’m sure you will be extremely happy. Thanks!!
