Value of seeing a home in person
Hi there everyone, one piece of advice that I give to every buyer client of mine would be, not to solely use information available online to decide against seeing a home. Why do I say that? Well over the years I have learned that not all the information available online will translate exact same in person. Often clients would like for a certain square footage in a home, and though that requirement is met on paper, when seen in person, the home feels much smaller. Reverse is equally true where the home feels much more open, bigger and spacious, and that is mainly because of the layout. Pictures don’t often give you the exact concept of the layout of the home. Another factor that you won’t be able to ascertain until the home is seen in person, is the feel for the neighborhood and location. So my recommendation to you if you are working with an agent is, go see as many homes as it takes to find the right one for you. That’s why we are here, to help you! You take care and we will talk soon.
